LIQUOR LICENSE TYPES

L-1: L-1 license granted for the purpose of wholesale distribution of Indian liquor.
L-3/L-5: Grant of L-3/L-5 License - For Hotels: An L-3 license allows a hotel to serve foreign liquor to its guests in their rooms.
L-19: Grant of L-19 License - For Clubs: L-19 can be awarded to a club that is registered with the Registrar of Firms/Registrar of Cooperative Societies for the purpose of allowing its members to purchase foreign liquor.
L-49A: Grant of L-49A license - Marriages, Parties, etc. For a fee of Rs. 3,000/-, this license can be obtained for selling liquor at any party, function, marriage, etc. at a specific location anywhere in Delhi.

VALIDITY OF BAR LICENSE
